John joined Thomas Carroll in 2000 to develop and manage the TC claims department. He has helped to build up an experienced and dedicated claims team that works closely with insurers and adjusters in assisting our clients to achieve the best service and claims settlement as is possible.

Prior to joining TC, John worked for a major insurance company for 30 years in both the Swansea and the Cardiff area. During this time John he acquired knowledge of all claims handling including home, motor, motor fleets and large commercial cases.

Alec Ferrier - Assistant Claims Manager

Alec joined Thomas, Carroll in January 2009 as assistant claims manager. Prior experience includes 36 years in the insurance broking industries including national brokers C E Heath and Willis.

Alec specializes in commercial claims of all types with particular experience in liability and construction related claims. Alec has also gained commercial underwriting experience.

Helen is Commercial Claims Adviser for Thomas, Carroll with responsibility for the portfolio of clients attaching to her Account Executives. She joined joined Thomas, Carroll in 1996 and went on to gain underwriting experience throughout the personal insurance market. Her role developed quickly with particular responsibility for the management and growth of the High Net Worth sector of the business. A break from insurance in 2006 allowed Helen to diversify and gain valuable experience within the property management field before returning to TC in2008 to her current role as Claims Advisor.

Jo joined Thomas, Carroll Claims Department in 2006 as a commercial claims handler. Joe has a wealth of insurance claims experience and has been in the industry for over 15 years. Previous roles include claims handling in Eagle Star and MMA insurance.

Glynne Leach - Claims Handler

Glynne has been with Thomas, Carroll for 22 years he originally joined the group as an Insurance Broker and changed direction to the claims department in 2000. Glynne deals will all aspects of claims and particularly specialises in personal motor, home and travel insurance claims.

Jessica has been in the commercial claims industry for over 10 years starting her career with Allianz and latterly Aon Insurance. Jessica's role within Thomas, Carroll is commercial claims adviser and she has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of commercial claims. Jessica is committed to working closely with client's making sure they are fully assisted with all parts of their claim.
