Kevin has over 15 years experience in the health and safety sector and considerable expertise in assisting organisations managing health and safety effectively, in a range of different industries in both the public and private sectors. Although he is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the overall performance of the business operation, he acts as Lead Consultant on a portfolio of clients. Kevin is listed on the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register.

Kevin is also responsible for the development of innovative risk management solutions and has extensive experience of working with insurers, including the preparation of Business Continuity Plans.

Richard joined Thomas, Carroll Management Services in 2006 and is responsible for business development.

Richard is a graduate of Cardiff University, Oxford University and the University of Glamorgan. He is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management and is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health. He is also listed on the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register . He has extensive experience and expertise in providing a wide range of health and safety solutions within both the public and private sectors.

Richard's previous role includes Managing Director of a National Health and Safety Consultancy.
