Alison is Managing Director of Thomas, Carroll Private Clients Ltd and is responsible for the overall growth and retention of our personal insurance broking division, including private clients.

Alison joined Thomas, Carroll in 2003 having spent 18 previous years within the insurance division of the HSBC Group. Her later years were spent managing the Premier Clients Division and personally having dealt with many of the banks most important international customers and executives.

Alison enjoys a vast array of hobbies including skiing, Golf and has taken on various challenges in order to support Thomas, Carroll's chosen charity, Ty Hafan, by completing Three Peaks and Taff Trail Challenge.

Julie Waters DipCII

Julie joined Thomas, Carroll in 2002. Originally responsible for corporate business development, she now manages the commercial team and has responsibility for training and compliance.

With over 21 years experience in the industry, Julie's career started as a commercial underwriter with Royal Insurance, before moving to the insurance division of HSBC, where she managed a team whose client base included major international financial institutions and City of London based corporate accounts.

In addition to her work for Thomas, Carroll, Julie was the Secretary for The Insurance Institute of Cardiff for six years and now sits on the General Insurance Broker's Committee reporting to the British Insurance Brokers Association Board.

Louise Eedy is a Director of Thomas, Carroll Independent Financial Advisers Limited.

She has 24 years experience in the industry and specialises in compliance and employee benefits. Louise has a degree in Commerce and has completed the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.

Louise was awarded the Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society in 2000 and is a Chartered Financial Planner.

John joined Thomas Carroll in 2000 to develop and manage the TC claims department. He has helped to build up an experienced and dedicated claims team that works closely with insurers and adjusters in assisting our clients to achieve the best service and claims settlement as is possible.

Prior to joining TC, John worked for a major insurance company for 30 years in both the Swansea and the Cardiff area. During this time John he acquired knowledge of all claims handling including home, motor, motor fleets and large commercial cases.

Gwenllian joined Thomas, Carroll Group in September 2005 as a Marketing Graduate Trainee after completing a Business Management Degree at Cardiff University. She joined the management team in 2008 and now manages the sales and marketing department.

Gwenllian's role is diverse and her responsibilities include planning and co-ordinating the development of all internal and external marketing communications whether it be online or offline. She plays an active role in developing and maintaining the brand and its profile as well as project management, event management and general business development to attract new clients.

Bethan joined Thomas, Carroll Group in 2004 on a Graduate appointment. Having spent several years in the broking arm and achieving her ACII, Bethan is now responsible for the operational aspects of the group including IT systems, projects and Telecomms along with website maintenance.

Kelly Ladd Joined Thomas, Carroll Management Services in October 2006 from Willis as a telemarketer but has subsequently moved into an Account Manager role which concentrates on the administration and organisation of clients for Thomas, Carroll Management Services.

Originally from Cardigan , West Wales , Kelly is a fluent Welsh speaker and graduated from University of Wales Institute Cardiff with a BSc (Hons) in 2000.

Kelly's interests include family life, watching sport and socialising with friends.
