Alexandra Dredge - UK Young Broker of the Year

Aged 26, with 6 years experience with Thomas, Carroll, Alexandra Dredge has won this prestigious National Award from the British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA).
The announcement was made in front of a packed Annual BIBA Conference audience in Manchester.
It has been some journey for Alex whose achievements were originally recognised by the Welsh region of BIBA before going forward to compete with winners from across the UK's 13 regions.
Judges recognised a steely determination to succeed, being always prepared to go that extra mile for her clients. Her commitment to personal development has seen Alex become an Associate of the Insurance Institute, having passed a total of 14 exams first time, 6 of which earning distinctions.
