Welsh insurance plc announces job creation and headquarters expansion.

Thomas, Carroll announced its latest expansion, creating new jobs together with an extension programme to significantly extend its headquarters. John Moore, Chairman of the Group, which next year will be celebrating its 40th anniversary said:

"Through the year we have recruited eleven graduates and executives for positions across all group divisions including insurance broking, health & safety consultancy and independent financial advice.

The work will start in the spring on the fourth stage extension of our headquarters which spectacularly overlooks the magical Caerphilly Castle, offering us splendid facilities for our exciting new people."

The Chairman, whose commercial division won the UK Insurance Broker of the Year award for a record fourth time last year, confirmed the group's financial performance continues to show sustainable profitable growth, offering the group confidence to reinvest in the business, people and service proposition to the loyal clients.
