Supporting our community

We at Thomas, Carroll Group believe in supporting the communities which have supported us so well for so many years. A specific business plan pledge, we take this commitment seriously.

For ten years we have adopted the Ty Hafan Children's Hospice as our chosen front line charity. Each year many fundraising events will be held to raise funds directly. In addition, we provide direct people support at various levels. From regular sessions digging their gardens through to high level Director input on their Corporate Support Group, we commit time, resource and energy to this wonderful cause.

Whilst we have Ty Hafan as our key charitable cause to support, we generously help many other charities on a more ad hoc basis.

We work closely with local schools, assisting in ways such as interview techniques or through young enterprise into business skills training.

We have also been supporters of sport in Wales through our sponsorship of Welsh Cricket and Football over many years.

Not to be left out, we support the Arts, particularly through our Corporate membership commitment with Wales Millennium Centre and Welsh National Opera.

In summary, Thomas, Carroll has been committed to supporting its communities long before the phrase "Corporate Social Responsibility" came into existence.
